How does it work?

#1 SCHEDULE A CALL

Share what’s happening, and together we’ll figure out if I’m the right fit to assist. These calls are always free and last about 30 minutes.

#2 PRACTICE VISIT

I’ll spend two days in your practice, getting to know what makes you special and diving into what success looks like to you.

#3 YOUR ROADMAP

The next week, you’ll receive a customized plan outlining the five biggest opportunities for your practice to elevate client care.

Consulting Fees

  • First, we’ll chat about what you’re facing and decide if consulting is right for you.

    Second, we’ll set up a two day practice visit, during which I’ll meet with you and practice leaders, and soak up what makes your practice great. We’ll dive into current challenges and roadblocks.

    Third, you’ll receive a fully tailored roadmap detailing your practice’s top five client opportunities, including practical suggestions and resources to ensure you succeed.

    $4000 + travel (flight/mileage and hotel)

  • You have the option of adding a team development session to my visit. I’ll lead a two-hour workshop focused on helping your team level up their client communication skills. (Approved for 1 hour RACE CE).

    $500

  • Once on your journey to exceptional client care, I’m always here to support you. Phone calls, additional team development meetings, and project management services are available on an hourly basis.
