Meet Dr. Sarah Wolff
“My job is to help your team turn great intentions into consistently great experiences.”
Veterinarian. Consultant. Speaker.
Trusted advisor to practices nationwide.
Sarah helps veterinary teams design unforgettable client experiences that build loyalty, boost profitability, and make work feel a lot more joyful. She’s a recognized authority on veterinary client experience and service design, and she’s not afraid to challenge the status quo in the name of better care and stronger teams.
An advisor for forward-thinking practice owners and leaders, Sarah has helped hospitals of all sizes (from single-doctor gems to multi-site groups) reimagine their client and team experience from the inside out. Her approach is practical, strategic, and rooted in what actually works in the day-to-day chaos of veterinary practice.
-
With a background in both medicine and business, Sarah combines clinical insight with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and service strategy. Through honest stories, real-world examples, and a no-fluff style, she helps teams turn everyday moments into powerful loyalty-builders, and align culture, systems, and strategy around a client-centered vision.
Sarah’s work has been featured on national veterinary stages and in leadership workshops across the country. She’s known for her ability to cut through complexity with warmth, humor, and actionable ideas teams can actually use.
Founder of Wolff Pack Services, Sarah also serves as a clinician in the greater New York City area. She earned her veterinary degree with distinction from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh and holds a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia. She’s currently pursuing her M.B.A. She knows that better care doesn’t come from doing more; it comes from doing what matters with purpose.
CORE VALUES
What matters most, in how I work and the journeys we’ll create together.
-
I believe in the power of optimism and empowerment, and I am dedicated to acknowledging and uplifting every person and organization I engage with.
-
I bring my whole self to my work. I believe that by embracing our individuality, we open the door to remarkable accomplishments, and each of us deserves to thrive because of who we are. I endeavor to assist those I collaborate with in finding joy in wholeheartedly celebrating their own identities.
-
Perfection may be an unattainable goal, but the pursuit of excellence—achieved through iteration, education, and evaluation—is the best path for both my personal growth and the organizations I engage with.
-
I am dedicated to honest discourse and am willing to embrace the discomfort that comes with communicating from a growth-oriented perspective. I opt for kindness and generosity as the channels through which I convey my honest thoughts.
