Meet Dr. Sarah Wolff

I’m here to help you figure out what makes your practice you—and build systems that make that clear to every client who walks through the door.

There’s no one “right” way to run a veterinary practice. But there is a right way for your team, one that plays to your strengths, supports your goals, and doesn’t burn everyone out in the process.

My job is to help you find those moments where your team can truly shine and build sustainable systems that turn great intentions into consistently great experiences.

With 25 years in the industry and experience in just about every role from kennel to medical director, I’m endlessly curious about how teams care for pets and the people who bring them in.

Through consulting and speaking, I help veterinary leaders design client experience systems that feel good to deliver and impossible to forget. Because better care doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing what matters, on purpose.

CORE VALUES

Values matter. The truth is, vet med has room for all kinds of weird and wonderful. It’s up to us to embrace it. My brand of weird centers around these four core values.

  • I believe in the power of optimism and empowerment, and I am dedicated to acknowledging and uplifting every person and organization I engage with.

  • I bring my whole self to my work. I believe that by embracing our individuality, we open the door to remarkable accomplishments, and each of us deserves to thrive because of who we are. I endeavor to assist those I collaborate with in finding joy in wholeheartedly celebrating their own identities.

  • Perfection may be an unattainable goal, but the pursuit of excellence—achieved through iteration, education, and evaluation—is the best path for both my personal growth and the organizations I engage with.

  • I am dedicated to honest discourse and am willing to embrace the discomfort that comes with communicating from a growth-oriented perspective. I opt for kindness and generosity as the channels through which I convey my honest thoughts.
