Dr. Sarah Wolff is a veterinarian, consultant, and speaker specializing in client experience management. With 25 years in the veterinary industry, she has worked in support, associate, and medical director roles at AAHA-accredited, domestic, and international hospitals. Since 2014, she has been managing client experiences in veterinary practices, and since 2015, she has consulted on the development and implementation of brand-specific experience strategies.
A sought-after speaker, Dr. Wolff presents and leads workshops on the veterinary client experience at local and national conferences. Her expertise and contributions earned her the Uncharted Veterinary Conference’s Founders Award in 2023.
Blending hands-on experience with a data-driven approach, she helps veterinary teams create exceptional client experiences that strengthen relationships and drive business success. Currently earning her MBA, she continues to refine her ability to craft innovative, research-backed strategies for veterinary practice leaders.
