Spring Practice Inspiration
Happy Spring (aka Allergy Season) to all!
This year definitely feels different to those in the past. I’ve seen so many wonderful practices bringing on new graduates and transitioning to new ownership, as well as a new generation of animal lovers bolstering client bases across the country.
Below is my Spring Resources Edit, to inspire you and your team as you move into a new season. As always, it features articles, podcasts, and books to help your creative juices flow.
If you are ready to make some bigger changes, let me know! I’m a super nerd about all things veterinary and would love to hear about your latest projects. You can always set up a free call for us to chat at a time that works for you.
Wishing you an inventory shelf well-stocked with Apoquel and Animax, and a lack of rods on your ear smears.
Cheers,
Sarah

Overwhelmed with all the things you “should” be doing?
Frustrated with implementing real change in your client services?
Congratulations! You’re a conscientious leader and deserve some support to find the best path forward for your practice. Schedule a call to get started!

A free tool available as an extension to Google Chrome; it can be used to generate step-by-step directions for computer tasks. I don't have any affiliation with this product, but have heard great things about it from colleagues who use it to quickly document processes for training purposes.
